Tauranga, Tuesday. A Good Templars Lodge amongst the natires is in course of formation. There was a meeting last night.

Hokitika, Tuesday. At the Supreme Court, in banco, Mr Newtonj for the Hokitika Tramway Company, showed cause against the rule nisi in arrest of judgment obtained at Nelson. Mr South, for the Provincial Goyernment of Wostland, supported the rule. Judgment vras resorted.
