A telegram from the Agent-General dated London, March 6, states thai the following ships* with immigrants, tailed during February :— Veronn, for Canterbury, with 320; Atrnto, steamship, for CHago and Canterbury, with 770; Sebiebnllion. for- Napior, with 150 ; Havre, for Wellington, with 440; Fleming, and two otber vessels for Otago, with 770 ; Eoularell, for Auckland, with 3GO ; Bockonfield, for Canterbury, 470. Seventy-four vewels (sic) were to be diepatched during March and April. They were to bring amongst them 2-100 tons rails, 14 sets points, 7 turntables, and 108 pipes. The Agent-General adds to the above statement that the Atrato .had relurnod to Plymouth with her puton broken.
