TENDERS will be received by tho undersigned until noon of the 11th March for about Ton Miles of Draining in tho Waikato and Piako Swamp, about five or aix milfli from Hamilton (good road). Tracing and Speoification can be seen at Mr Le Que«no's Store, Hamilton. Tenders for Ditch and Bank.
TENDERS will be leceived by the undesigned until the 7th March next, for the construction of Two Hundred and Fifty-thiee (253) Chains ofjkmble Ditch aud Bank on his property Vetween the Waitoaand Piraunui stream?, Upper Thames district. The Bank to be five (5) sods in height and capped, both Ditches to be four (4) feet in width at top, three (3) feet in depth, and one (1) foot in width at bottom. The whole to be completed on or before the 30th June, 1874.
The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

Educational Reserves.
THE Board of Education invite Tenders to be sent in on or before noon of the 31st March next, from persons willing to lease ai-y of the Rural or Suburban Educational Reserves hi the Province. The Board do not bind themselves to accept any, or the highest tender. Tenders to state, in addition to the rent, the period for which a lease is desired. Period not to exceed 21 years. Schedules of the Reserves and further particulars can be obtained on application at the Office of the Board. Tenders to he marked on ihe envelope " Tender for Reserves," in orler that tuey may remain unopened till 31st March.

Office Agent General Government, Cambridge, 25th Feb. 1874. fIIENDERS will be received at the Office of the Agent ■*- General Government, Cambridge, until noon on Friday, the 20th March next, for the supply and delivery at such places on the line aa may be directed by the District Engineer of Sixty Thousand (60,01)0) Railway Sleepers for tho Waikato Extension Railway. The Tender» must be addressed to the Agent General Government, Cambridge, and marked "Tender for Sleepen, Waikato Extension Railway." Specifications, General Conditions, and Form of Tender may be seen at the Public Works Offices, at Newcastle and Auckland, and at the Office of the Agent General Government, at Cambridge. To afford facilities to small contractors, tenders for any quantity not less than one thousand (1,000) will be received. Arrangement! can bo made for cutting timber in furobts owned by the Government, for particulars of which application must be made at the Office Agent General Government, at Cambudge.
