TERMS OF PAYMENT.
One-fourth of the purchate money in cash onthe fall of thp hammer ; the remainder at or before the expiration of three calendar months from the day of tale, to be paid at the office of tho Officer in Charge of Confiscated Linda, Patea. Bj clause 18 of the Confiscated Laud Regulations in th» event of the second payment not being made at aforetaid, the tale will be void and the depotit forfeited.
Tho Rural Sections in the Patea District include portion of the Railway Roeorve, which is a btnp oi country situated in the htuvt of tho settlement, extending from Patea to Waingongoro and Eetemare. The reaerve is traversed by an excellent metalled road, and bridges have been erected, or are m course of construction, where neoeitary, on the whola hno Jrora Wan^anui to Nt»w Plymouth. The surveyed lin« r.f railway runt parallel with and in some placet through the reterve. The settlement of the dutrict has progressed rapidly during the last few montht, and tht. sootion* now offered comprise ntarly all available landt at the ditposal of Government between the edge of the buth and the sea ooast.
