A long discussion took place upon a motion by Mr Frasrr, for tho appointment ol nu Inspoutor of Luna'iic >s^lunii. The motion «U 3 (iwrit-d. l)r Menzies, in not sittcndinjj the call of the C'>micil, was adjudged guilty ot contempt, amt was ordered tv be censured by fchu Speaker.
