All Onicer* of the Armed Constabulary and Volunteers are required to strictly enforcj this regulation. Any person of the Native Rice found travelling, or wandering about within the hours aforosaid, without a Pass, issued by mr», will bo liable to be arrestod and conveyed to tho Guard-room.
