DR. BRIGHT'S PHOSPHODYNE. A Chemical Preparation ot Phosphorus, with the Vegetable Alkaloids Quinia, Cypripenden, XanthoX'yhn, &c. Discovered, introduced, and extenshely prescribed by Chaklks Leslie Biught, M.D. Resident Surgeon to St. Mary's Hospital, London. This Phospliatic combination is pronounced by the most eminent members of the Medical Profession to be unequalled fur its power ia replenishing the vitality of the body, by its supplying all the essential constituents of the blood aud nerve substance, and for developing all the powers and functions of the system to the highest degree. The beneficial eft\ct» of the Phosphodyne arc frequently shown from the first day of its administration, by a remarkable increase of nervous power, with a feeling ot vigour and comfort to which the patient has long been unaccustomed. Digestion is improved ; the appetite increases wonderfully ; tlie bowels become regular; the eyes brighter; tho skin clear and healthy; and the hair acquires strength, showing the importance of tho action of tlic Phosphodyne on the organs of nutrition. Finally, the Phosphodyne maintains a certain degree of activity *iv the previously debilitated nervous sj stein; its use enables all debilitated organs to return to their sound state and perform their natural functi >ns. Persons t-uifering from nervous debility, or any of the hundred symptoms which this disticssing disease assumes, may rest assured of an effectual and e\ en speedy cure by the judicious use of this most invaluable remedy. Sir Chailes Locop Phjsical Accoucheur to her Majesty the Queen, state at a meeting of the Eoj al Medical and Chirurgical Society, that in thirteen cases of debility and nenous prostration he had effected permanent cures by the use of Dr. Bright' s Phosphodyne Sir William Ferguson, Bart, F.lt.S., Surgeon to her Majesty the Queen, says . — '' I have repeatedly prescribed Dr. Bright's Phosphodyne, and found it an agrecible and beneficial lemedy I have but one objection regarding it, and that is, tho elaborate process required in the preparation will not allow of the retail price being within the l each of all lasoes." Dr. Lincastei, the eminent Coroner, says:— "Dr. Bright's Phosphodyne is calculated to eatnely supersede hon, mcrcuiy sarsiS.pivilf.A, quinine, &ud cod liver oil." Dr. It. Quain, F.K.C.P., Physician to the Hospital for Consumption, Biompton, lunnrks — ''It cannot be doubted that this Phosphatic pieparation will henceforth rank foiemost in therapeutics ; it generates all the important elements ot the human frame, the peculiar character o *Jns substance lilting it for vital usei-. Professor Symme says • — " The effects of the Phosphodyne in obstinate cases of disease are as astonishing as perplexing." Dr. Handheld Jones, F.lt.C P., F.H.S., Physician to St. Maiy s Hospital, says, in Atiophy and General Uebihty Phosphodyne is> a most adiuirable remedy ; it invigorates tho nutritno Junctions, and increases the vital energy — •'it hoi only aits as an absorbent," but retards or repairs the waste ot tissue, and restoies the nutritive functions to their normal condition.
