The same rule to apply to flour and coal. To facilitate this change, stores have been erected at the landings of Ngaruawahia, Hamilton, Cambridge, To Rore, and Alexandra, and agents have been appointed at these places, whoso duty it is to receive all goods ex or for the steamers, and store them for a fortnight free of expense to consignees, but at their risk.
