We are glad to see so much vitality displayed by the the "Armed Constabulary R'fle Associa-ion, and hope to see the Waikato Riile Association in as flourishing a state ere long. We ■would advise the central committee to get up a match as early as possible, and prove to those who at present are dubious with regard to joining that it is a bona fide affair, and that the central committee mean business. We have no doubt if the district were canvassed that a numerous association might be formed, enabling the committee to give a number of prizes, and thereby promote this healthy and manly sport.
