The Government. having been empowered by snfcoiai Acts of the Legislature to enter into contracts for insurances on Lives, ami for the grants of Annuities and Endowments, are now prepared to execute any of the usual contracts dependent upon the contingencies of human life. All transactions, and powers of attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. ; 2. No charge is made beyond the purchase-money i or premium, which may be paid half-yearly or quarterly. 3. Should the assured die during the days of grace, the policy will still be valid. 4. Surrender values are granted on the whole or any part of a contract which has endured for five years. 5.
