Dr. Gcilic Cobb, who -is believed to 'be the person referred to. says: “The remark is so unusual; I hope there is some error in the cabled account; In any case, I would, not like, to reply to the . Bishop now. It would be more courteous to refrain at the present. The Bishop is my superior officer.”
