Each entry shall contain, or, if it do not contain, shall. be conclusively assumed to contain such an undertaking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice on Lie Turf, within the meaning of Part XXXIL or the New Zealand Rules of Racing. PENALTIES. The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty, and every additional race 71b extra. - •.
