Holiday excursion TICKETS TO HASTINGS and NAPIER, available for return until 26th October, 1908, will be obtainable as under :— From Woodville, Hatuma, and intermediate stations on 20th, 21st, and 22nd October; and from Waipukurau, Pakipaki and intermediate stations on 21st and 22nd October. NOTE, —On 22nd October these tickets will be issued only by morning trains (leaving Woodville 6.45 a.m., Waipukurau 7.5, 8.45, 10.5 a.m.) They will be available for.break of journey only at Hastings Show Grounds Platform or Hastings. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS—TUESDAY, 20th OCTOBER— A passenger train will run ahead of the ordinary up Mail train as follows : —Woodville dep 1.25 p.m., Waipukurau 4.3, Napier arr 6.11 p.m. WEDNESDAY, 21st OCTOBER— All trains, except the Mail trains, will stop at Hastings Show Grounds Platform, if required. THURSDAY, 22nd OCTOBER (People’s Day)— The usual 2.15 p.m. train Napier to Woodville will leave Napier 3.42 p.m., Show Grounds platform 4.52, Waipukurau 7.15, Woodville arr 10.20 p.m. The usual 5.0 p.m. train Napier to Waipukurau will leave Napier 6.5 p.m. A train for Show Grounds and Napier, stopping at all stations as required, will leave Waipukurau 8.45 a.m. A train for Waipukurau, stopping at all stations as required to set down passengers, will leave Napier 3.0 p.m. and Show Grounds 4.15 pm. All trains, except the Mail trains, will stop at Show Grounds platform if required. The goods sheds at Port Ahvriri, Napier and Hastings will be closed on 22nd October.
