WEDDING BELLS.
A very pretty wedding was solemnised at St. Mary’s Church yesterday afternoon, the contiacting parties being Mr Clive Sommerville, of and Mis Ellen May Harding, daughter of the late Mr Harding of Mt. Vernon. The bride looked charming in a gown of white flowered net over white silk. She also wore the orthodox veil and orange blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet. She was attended by one bridesmaid, Miss Laura Harding, who wore an empire gown of white silk muslin, trimmed with pale blue silk, and a cream hat trimmedwvith brown and pale blue, and also carried a shower bouquet. Mr Walden Harding gave the bride away. Mr George, of Wellington, acted as groomsman. Mrs Harding, mother of the bride, wore black silk, with black and white toque. Mrs Swain, of Waipawa, cousin of the bride, played the Wedding March as the happy couple left the church. The wedding party drove to and from the church in motor-cars.
