SPECIAL ORDER. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 1, Sub-sec-tion 5 of “The Local Bodies Loans, Act, 1901, Amendment Act, 1902,” the Waipukurau Town Board hereby resolve that the Intel est and Sinking Fund on the loan of £2OO authorised to be raised at a Poll of the ratepayers held on Wednesday, the Ist day of August, 1906, for the purpose of establishing and constructing a system of lighting the streets of the Waipukurau Town District, be provided for out of the General Fund during the currency of the said loan. A meeting of the Board will be held at the Oddfellow’s Hall, Waipukurau ou Monday, the 17th of September, 1906, to confirm the above special order. WAIPUKURAU TOWN BOARD SPECIAL ORDER IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the “ Local Bodies Loan Act, 1901,” and any amendments thereto, the Waipukurau Town Board hereby reselves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £2OO authorised to be raised by the Wiapnkurau Town Board under the above mentioned Act for the purpose of establishing and constructing a system of lighting the streets of theWai-puku-ra Town Board District, the Waipukurau Town Board hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of 3-16ths of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waipukurau Town District comprising all that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District in blocks XIV. and XV, Waipukurau Survey District as shewn upon the plan deposited in the head office, Department of *Land, and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District under No. S.G. 54516, thereon bordered red, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half yearly on the 31st day of October and the 30th day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan being a period of twenty years or until the Loan is fully paid off. A meeting of the Town Board will be held at the Oddfellow’s Hall, Waipukurau, on Monday the 17th September to confirm the above speciol order.
