WAIPUKURAU ROAD BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that in compliance with Section 114 of the Road Boards Act, 1882, and Sections 37 to 44 of the Rating Act, 1896, it is the intention of the Waipukurau Road Board, at a meeting to be held at the Board s Office, Waipukurau, on Tuesday, 7th August, at 10 15 a.m., to levy a General Rate of one half-penny in the pound on all rateable property in the Waipukurau Road Board District, said rate to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1906, and ending 31st March, 1907, and to be payable in one sura on the 30th September, 1906, at the clerk’s house, Waipukurau, where the Rate Book is open for inspection.
