WAIPUKURAU TOWN BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipukurau Town Board propose to raise a loan of £2OO under the provisions of the Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1901, and the amendments thereto, in one amount of £2OO, bearing interest and forming sinking fund at the rate of 5% per annum for a period of 20 years. The loan to be applied as follows: For establishing and constructing a system of lighting the Town District of Waipukurau by means of six “Kitson” lamps. The amount proposed to be raised is £2OO. _ It is proposed to issue four debentures of £5O each. As security, it is proposed to strike an annual recurring rate of 3-16ths of a penny in the £ on the whole of the Town District, to provide interest and to form a sinking fund to extinguish the debt in 20 years. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest out of the principal of the loan. W. A. CHAMBERS, Chairman. June 16th, 1906.
