WAIPUKURAU TOWN BOARD. “MTOTICE is hereby given that Al the Waipukurau Town Board propose to raise a loan of £3uo under the provisions of the Governor in ent Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886 and the Amendments thereto, in one amount of £3OO, bearing interest and forming sinking fund at the rate of 5% per annum for a period of 26 years. The loan to be applied as follows: For erecting a system of lighting I streets of the Town District. The amount proposed to be raised is £3OO. As security it is proposed to strike an annual recurring rate of 9/64ths of a penny in the £ to provide interest and sinking fund for the period of 26 years. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest out of the principal of the loan.
