LICENSING ELECTION.

[ To the Editor.] Sir, —I notice the Waipawa liquor party is doing its utmost to get its nominees returned to the Licensing Bench, but I think all its efforts will avail little. When the numbers go up it might have a couple of candidates returned. In all probability it will be a composite bench, representing prohibition, moderation, and perhaps one or two what ignorant persons would term liquorites. That is my forecast. I trust no elector will be led away by any frothy jargon published.—-Yours, etc., Elector.
