Magrav.li, Esq, to ■ selt by public auction (unless previously disposed ' of by private contract), on Thursday, 25th March, 1869, at his Auction Mart, TAUPO QUAY", That very line Farm comprising 300 Acred more or less, of the best land in the country, with the very commodious Dwelling House and Outbuildings recently erected thereon, at a cost of upwards of £3000. The land is all fenced and divided by wellkept live fences into seven very useful and wellarranged paddocks, well grasted and watered. Most of the land has been ploughed and sown with the best English grasses. The Orchard comprises about 2 acres, and contains a large variety of tho choicest Irees, imported from Melbourne and Sydney at great cost, and most of which are now in full bearing. The Shrubbery, laid out with great taste and expense, contains many plants and trees of great value, from all parts of the world ; and with the Kitchen Garden, which has a fine assortment of vegetables, comprise? about 4 acres. The Dwelling House, which is very large and built of totara, and beautifully papered and painted, contains drawing and dining rooms, library, 2 parlors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the roof is so arranged that a water supply of a thousand gallons is kept up and laid on to all parts of the house. The Kitchen (detached) contains four rooms built in the most approved style, and fitted up with all the most modern kitchen appliances. The Stabling is extensive, there being stalls for eight horses, with a loose box 20 x 20 ; coach house, also 20 x 20 j cart sheds, fowl house, piggeries, &o, all very complete and perfectly new. The granary is capable of holding 5000 bushels of grain. The Dwelling House and Outbuildings aro insured in the Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company for £1200. The acreage car be very much increased, there being good grazing land on the sides of the property, which is several miles from town, and easily accessible by a good metalled road. Altogether, this is one of the finest and best kept properties ever submitted to public competition in Wanganui, and persons desirous of purchasing a commodious residence replete with every convenience, should avail themselves of this opportunity.
