WutitNOTON. this daj. In tho appeal case, Williams v. the Commissioner of Stumps, affuctiug the duty payable on four groups of transaction i between members of tho Williams family; the Court gavo judgment that in all 4<wcs conveyances purporting to be on a Bale were in part conveyances for valuo, and in pott deeds of gift, and that duty was payable on so much of the transactions as were true deeds of gift, tbe commissioner to refund the duty paid on that part which was true conveyance for value. Costs were awarded to,the appellant on the highest scale, aaona Bingle appeal.
