Probably tho best roply to the statement in tho Sydney Morning Herald regarding tho oxcessivo friability of Woslport coal is Iho fact that last week tho Westport Coal Company shippod a cargo of conl for tho Admiralty at Sydnoy, and Ihat this week the Shield is leaving Westport for Hong Kong direct with 5000 tons of coal fur tho Admiralty there.
