At a meeting of (ho Auckland division of tho Now Zoaland Branch o[ the British Midical Aaaociition, tho following rcsolut tion was carried: " That this division considers tho Auckland Hospital Board has acted unfairly to Dr Neil, in suspending him without notice, ttnd bringing him to a mooting of inquiry without informing him bb to tho naturo of tho charges to bo brought against him. Also, that in tho opinion of this division it is deßirnblo that a Royal Commission bo appointed to inquiro into tho management of tho Auckland Hospital."
