Ho also stated that tho licenso held by Mr Hatton had not expired, and asked for a refund of a portion of Hatton's fee. Cr Katz moved that tho application bo granted provided tho inspector's report was favourable Cr Donaldson seconded. Cr Saunders moved as an amondmeut that Hatton's license bo transferred to Frith.
