As tho result of tho destruction by lire of the premises and stock of Land S, Morrin Limited, Auckland, it has been resolved to liquidate tho company, A mooting of shareholders was hold at Dunodin on Saturday, at which a liquidation resolution was passed, This will be submittsd for oonfiruiatim at a further mooting on August 2nd. Tho concern has beon a most prosperous one, practically the wholo ol tho subscribed capital having been returned in dividends in tho six years and a half tho company has boon in existence, A majority of tho shareholders boing satisliod with tho probablo satisfactory rouim from tho realisation of the assets, it has consequently boon docidod not to ombark in tho building up of the business again.
