(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 8. Tlie competitions were well attended all day.; and concluded this evening. The attendance has boon' surprising all through and after the first thi’ee nights—when the weather was wet—the attendance has averaged over 2000 per night, with larger attendances during the day than have ever been seen elsewhere.
