Given fine weather, the forthcoming Wanganui ■ Agrictiltnriil Show' promises to be by far the most .successful Show t vet held under the ausnices of the Association. Tio entries in. all classes of live stock, with the .exception of pigs, are in excess ! of last.year, necessitating the erection of a number of new sheep and cattle pens. Members" are 'reminded . that the usual • weekly meeting, of th .eCpmmittee will, be held in.the offices of the Association, at, 8 to-night. Intending competitors' are reminded that the entries for the; wool-class-ing competition and shearing competitionare post entrjq Entries for the shearing competition .will be received up to noon, on .Wednesday, 15th inst., .at the -aeom-' tary’s offices on the; show ground, and en- ' tries :in wool-classing competition will be received; by the steward-in charge unto 12.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 15th inst. With a view to po.pularising this„T,ery important contest-. Mr -Ealmor has decided tp reduce the entrance fee to 2s.
