REBELS RECAPTURE HANKOW. : Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright LONDON, November 7. The Telegraph’s Pekin correspondent reports that Government dispatches admit that the rebels recaptured Hankow. Five Hanyang and Wuchang forts were unfaceable. The casualties on both sides were very heavy. ANARCHISM AT AMOY. 1 ■ V PEKIN, November 7. A Shanghai telegram states that Amoy is in the hands of the revolutionaries, and is in a state of anarchy, also all towns upon the railway line from Shanghai to Ghinhiang REBELS WELL PAID. PEKIN, November 7. Hie revolutionary troops are receiving 12 taels a month, compared with the Imperialists’ 4£ taels. SPREAD OF REVOLT. PEKIN, November 7. A Rangoon telegram says that the troops at Tengyuch, on the border of Burmah, mutinied, and looted the Treasury. They killed General Ching, the Taotai, and other Taotai’s womenfolk. It is known well that Talifa, Yungshang and Yunnanfu were also captured. All the officials were murdered. THE IMPERIAL LOANS. PEKIN, November 7. Imperial loans are being paid, despite the fact that seven likin collectorates are in the possession of the revolutionaries.
