WELLINGTON WOOL SALES.

TROUBLE AMONG THE BUYERS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 7. Trouble arose at the opening of the first local wool sale of tho season in the Town Hall to-day, with the oversea buyers. Mr Hill chairman of the Woolbuyers" Association, asked if clause 2 of the conditions of sale was going to be interpreted as it had been for the past 20 years. Mr Waterhouse, chairman of the Wellington Brokers’ Association, said “No.” The buyers then rose and left the room. Buying was proceeded with, but is being confined to New Zealand buyers only.
