THE DEADLOCK ENDED. MEN REJOINING THE BOATS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 7. Tire deadlock in the coastal officers’ dispute has been ended, and the men are rejoining their boats. Several points have been left for adjustment between the mm and individual owners. The Shipowners’ Federation has agreed to the reinstatement of all the men.
