Tho owners of tho steamer Port Stephens surrendered tho vessel to the underwriters, who are hopeful of floating her. Received November 7, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, November 7. The captain of the Port Stephens is unable to account for tho wreck. Everything was ail right when he went into his cabin for a few minutes to put on bis coat, watching the man at the wheel through the open door. Almost immediately he felt a bump. The morning was clear and bright.
