EXHIBITION PROPOSALS. Not Favoured In Germany, Press Association.—Telegraph'.—Copyright. LONDON, November 4. Sir Geo. Reid approves the Anglo-Ger-man Exhibition as a practical means of talking peace. BERLIN, November 4. The Tageblatt states that the proposal is ill-timed. It is doubtful whether the unofficial press regarded Mr Lloyd George’s bellicose speech at;a critical junction as a warning to Germany. Other newspapers are equally averse.
