AND THE EXPERIENCE OF MASTERTON. A Pretest. (Per United Press Association.) MASTERTON, November 5. At a public meeting held in the Town Hall : last night a resolution was unanimously carried, on the motion, of Mr Orlando Pragnell, solicitor, .protesting against the misrepresentations made by the trade of the moral and material condition of Mastcrtou under No-license. REV. C, KNOWLES-SMITH. A large audience is expected in the Opera House on Friday evening next, when the Rev. Geo. • Knowles-Smith will speak on “The Benefits of .No-license' and the Need of Prohibition." He is stated to be a man of experience in the cities of the Old Land, and- a powerful platform man who can handle his case in an appealing form. Fearless, logical, and humorous, he soon has his audience with him, and they soon become aware that they are listening to one of marked ability,
