Grey announced that the Government is approaching Argentina, Columbia, Denmark, France, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Russia Sweden, Switzerland, and Venezuela with a view to amending treaties in the interests of the self-governing colonies, as Mr Acland yesterday explained.
