AN ANGLO-ITALIAN TREATY.
Prejto t Association.—Telegraph.^—Copyright.. Received November 2, 8.5 a.m, LONDON, November 1. In the House of Commons, the Hon. 6. D. Acland, Secretary to the Treasurer, in reply to a question regarding the treaty made with Italy in 1883. said that Britain was seeking to amend the treaty in order to secure for the self-governing Dominions the power of separate withdrawal which they enjoy in all recent treaties.
