Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright Received November 1 8.5 a.m. OTTAWA, October 31. Captain Conger, well-known in Canadian military circles, was stricken with blindness at Winnipeg while greeting a friend at a club, and collapsed. He was aware that his blindness was coming.
