Foster and Boechara a divorce was granted, with costs against Beecham. The cross petition was abandoned. The hearing lasted eight days, and the newspapers printed columns of evidence daily. The petitioner in the above suit is Mr Foster, an artist, his wife also being an artist. Mr Thomas Beecham, .the cor-re-spondent, is the operatic impresario.
