The Auctioneer is calling attention to this important sale of Mining Property and Plant, would point out that as an investment, either by private individuals or a company, such an opportunity for immediate returns on capital has never occurred in New Zealand. The claim itself has been proved to be remarkably rich, giving a return of 12 oz to the ton, and the plant is so situated that it is in a position to crush for all the leading claims in Lyell district.
