The Claim, containing 1 acre, 2 roods, and 3 perches, has proved to be the richest ground ever yet opened in the Middle Island, and by far the largest portion remains unworked. The Crushing Plant consists of— Ten Head 7cwt Stampers, Water Wheel, capable of driving 20 head, all necessary Tramways, Paddocks, Shoots, Head - Water Races, Tail Races, Blacksmiths' Tools, Quicksilver, &c. Also, at same time, 2230 Shares in the Break o' Day Company. The Auctioneer is calling attention to this important sale of Mining Property and Plant, would point out that as an investment, either by private individuals or a company, such an opportunity for immediate returns on capital has never occurred in New Zealand.
