ME GEORGE FALLA, of Westport, Produce Merchant awl Commission Agent, has ASSIGNED to GEORGE HOOPER and JOSEPH REID DO'DSON, of Nelson, trading as Brewers under the firm of " Hooper and Dodson," all and singular the Book and other Debts owing to the said George Fall a on every account whatsoever, and the Receipt of the said " Hooper and Dodson " will alone be a sufficient discharge of such Debts. And Notice is hereby further given that a Public Sitting of the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held at the Court House, Westport, on the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventyfour, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
