RESIDENT MAGISTRATE COURT.
(Before Joseph Giles. Esq., R.M.) Tuesday, August IS. CIVIL CASES. W. J. Patterson v. C. Croawell.— Claim for £l2 18s, balance of account for groceries. Plaintiff in person. Mr Fisher for defendant. The accounts as rendered by plaintiff contained items of another account, due to ah as-signed estate in which plaintiff had been trustee. Nonsuited, with costs and counsel's fee, 21s. Munson v. R. Reeves.—Claim for £23 Ss9d, for cigars aud periodicals. Mr Fisher for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for full amount claimed and costs, 795. Cunningham v. J. R. Eraser.—Claim for £2 10s, for work done on section in Bentham street. Adjourned until next Court day. (Plaintiff given in charge for drunkenness aud contempt of Court.) 10s costs allowed defendant. There was no business in the Warden's Court,
