August 7—Kennedy, s.s, Conway, for south. The Colonial Government having sold the steamer Luna, have purchased a larger one named the Bruce, instead. The Bruce is a screw steamer of about three hunndred tons register. On her arrival in the colony she will undergo an examination and overhaul, during which Captain Fairchild will take the Luna to Sydney, and hand her over to her owners.
