In the case agaiust Central Italy, Brassy, for defendant objected to the action, as the certificate of incorporation of Pumping Association had not been produced, and appeals that the association is incorporated under the Victoria!! ActThe Warden took note of the objection, and stated, if sustained, it would be fatal to order made. July 30. Whcu Warden's Court rose the Central Italy case was incomplete.
