(Before Joseph Giles. Esq., E.M.) Tuesday, July 23. cxyil oases. M'Kenna v. Carr.—Balance of account for meat sold and delivered. Mr Shapterfor plaintiff; defendant in person. Defendant paid four shillings into Court, and pleaded that he had given an order for £0 on Edward Dowd, on July Ist, 1874. It was proved that £3 had been paid on this order to another party, on behalf of the plaintiff, but credit had not been given. •Judgment was given for £3 2s, inclusive of the 4s paid into Ccurt. Costs and counsel's fee, 455. Came v. Seymour.—Claim for £95 7s Gd, balance due on blacksmith's work and material supplied. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff iu amount claimed, and costs 255.
