The schooner Jane Hannah was loading at Dunedin for Westport, via Kakanui and Oaniaru, on the 2Gth ultimo. The Colonist has been informed that the inhabitants of Motueka district and Riwaka contemplate the formation of a company, for the purpose of procuring a small steamer to ply daily between Nelson and those places. It is believed by the promoters that it" each producer would take shares, there would bo sufficient trade secured to her to keep her well employed all the year round. Besides this there would be the additional benefit to these districts of daily passenger communication between them.
