WESTPORT WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before J. Giles, Esq., Warden.) Tuesday, Matich 31. Sullivan aud another v. John an'* Thomas Ilussey.— Mr Shaptcr for plaintiffs. Complaint that defendants had diverted water from a race occupied by plaintiffs, to the damage of plaintiffs to the extent of £2O, and that defendants had refused to place a guagc-box in their race drawing a supply of water from the same source as tho plaintiffs drew from. Order made that defendants should use guage-box as prescribed by the C4oldfields Regulations. An application made by J. Apitz for goldmihing lease on Waite's Pahikis. Addisons Road was recommended.
