Cross; Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir StaffordNorthcote; Postmaster-General, Lord John Manners; First Lord of Ibc Admiralty, George Ward Hunt. The Hon. Robert Bourkc has been appointed Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs'; Sir Henry Ibbotson, UnderSecretary for Home Department ; and the Hon. Adderley, the new Prcsi. dent of the Board of Trade. Prices for wool are well maintained.
Money easy. Com market ilat. Wheat supplies abundant. Bank rale ok. There has been a recovery in the New Zealand hemp market.
