The Lease of Claim, 9 acres, 3 roods, 12 perches, situate at Irishman's Creek, Alpine Eange, Lycll, together with Tramway, Paddock, Blacksmith's Shop, Hut, &c. Lot 2. The Eight, under agreement with tho Alpine Quartz Mining Company (Registered), for the use of the Alpine Company's Battery, &c, for crushing about four hundred and thirty-one tons quart z. Lot 3. A Quantity of Mining Took, &c. 11l drawing tho attention of Capitalists and others to this sale, the Auctioneer refers to the splendid quality of the stone lately found in the lower level workings as a proof of the great value of the Company's claim as a miuiug property. Intending purchasers arc requested to inspect the ground prior to the above date. . Terms will be declared at sale.
