SYDNEY. November 25. Miss Turner has entered upon her duties as pastor of the Unitarian Church. In the last session the Council rejected twenty-three bills from the Assembly. The New Zealand war medals are daily expected to be distributed by public presentation. Slaters are on strike for ten shillings per day. QUEENSLAND. November 25. Payable gold has been found in Palmer's river. The blacks have attacked a Chinese camp, and killed several. They also speared two European diggers.
