Miscellaneous* EsTABLIBUKU 1864. "TEAM COFFEE MILLS KJ WynDham Street, AUCKLAND. D. STEPHENSON" & CO.'S Cele* brated Brands of Coffees, "EXHIBTION," " EAGLE," " CROWN," Are now to be procured from all the principal merchants in Westport. The firm bas been established for* over nine years, and having lately acU mitted Mr W. Ackland into partnership, would respectfully request both merchants and consumers to see that the Coffees are from Auckland, as they have no connection with other mauu* facturers. TO THE INHABITANTS OF WESTPOBT, N.2. NERVOUSNESS, DEBILITY, AND SKIN DISEASES. L. L. SMITH has devoted jjf himself for twenty years in the colony to the practice of this branch of his profession while previously in England he Was the pupil of and prac tisfed with the Celebrated Dr R. T Culverwell, the only medical practi; tioner who ever exclusively adopted this as a sole branch of his profession. He advises sufferers to lose no time, to at once arrest the progress of disease or decay, before more serious evils affect and leave the unfortunate victim an object of pity. Dr L. L. Smith also Warns the public against the quackeries advert tised by non-professional men, and that those who resort to them must expect to be ruined in pocket and health. If 1 the taker of advertised particular nostrums escape With his life, and his system be not irreparably undermined by them, he may consider himself a fortunate mortal. Those men and women who have been the dupes of unprincipled charlatans frequently seek that recovery, which, alas, is often beyond Dr Smith's control. When will the public understand that it is to their interest to Consult a duly qualified medical man< who has made this his sole study ; rather than apply to a number of ignorant who merely harp and prey upon their health and pockets, Dr L. L. Smith has always stated, that to warn the public of these quicksands is his chief reason for advertising. In all cases of nervous debility, lowness of spirits, impaired pimples on the head, lassitude, &c., Dr L. L. SmITH invites sufferers tor consult him, as he has no hesitation in stating that no medical man, eithef here or in England, has had the opportunities of practice and the extraordinary experience which he has had. Dr L. L. Smith has been applied to by so many unfortunate, broken-down, young-old men, utterly crushed in spirits, ruined in body, and filched in pocket, that he deems it his duty to publish this to the world. Therefore, those who really desire to be treated by one who is at the head of his profession in this branch of medical practice, should lose no time in seeking his advice. The New Consulting Rooms are at 182 Collins Street East, Opposite the Melbourne Club, (Late the residence of the GovernorsPrivate Entrance is in Stephen street south.
