The Exhibition will bo divided into Seven Departments, and each will be under the (supervision of a Sub-Com-mittee appointed by the Committee of Management. including Brushware 9 Articles made from Paper, including substances adapted for Papermaking 10 Articles made from I 7 at, such as Soup, Candles, Tallow, Lard, Animal, Vegetable and Mineral Oils Minerals and Metals, such as Paints and Dyes,including Animal and Vegetable Dyes, also Chemical Products 12 Articles made from Sugar and other saccharine matter, such as Confectionery ; also, Starch, &c. 13 Articles such as Wax, Glue, Gums, Kesins, Barks 14 Articles such as Hops, Malt, Chicory, &c. 15 Articles for Tanning purposes 16 Articles of Food, including preserved meat, fish, fruits, sauces, pickles, and dairy produce Coverages, including cordials, hitters, &c.
